By accessing or purchasing from Nupop Arca, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Nupop Arca sells archival furniture and decor alongside current magazines, stationery, and our in-house line, and many pieces are vintage, found, or one of a kind. Descriptions, dimensions, and condition notes are provided to the best of our ability. Minor variations in color, patina, and surface character are inherent to vintage goods and are not considered defects. Each piece is sold as described.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

Because many of our pieces are vintage, found, or one of a kind, inventory can change quickly. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

We currently offer local delivery within the Portland metro area; national shipping is in development. After you place an order, we will contact you within 1–2 days to arrange delivery. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.
